Strategic Partnerships

Government continues to explore alternative or innovative ways to finance and build needed infrastructure. This may include working in partnership with non-profit organizations or municipalities, and in some cases, public-private partnerships (P3).

Alternative or innovative arrangements may not be the best fit for all capital projects. They are only considered where it makes sense from the taxpayers’ perspective.
